Deciding to take action and start training to achieve a fitness goal is an empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in applying research based scientific principles into all my designed programs. I have developed my training expertise by gaining industry leading qualifications and awards. I work with a variety of people ranging from the complete novice to elite level athlete, and always love my the challenge of finding what works best when designing new innovative programs for my clients.

1-1 & small group personal training in your very own private facility.

Each client gets sole use of the facility for their training session.

No waiting for equipment, just a pure training experience like no other.

The gym is spread over 250 sqm on the 1st floor of the TBSHS Sports Pavilion with a range of equipment specifically selected to offer clients the very best training experience. The indoor space opens out onto a covered outdoor balcony looking out onto 5 acres of fields for outdoor sessions.

The gym contains the latest Cardiovascular HITT training equipment (Spin bikes, AirDyne Bike, Max Stepper, Ski erg, Concept Rowers), 4 half racks and Olympic lifting areas and a range of resistance machines. Whether it’s losing weight, toning developing muscular size or strength or training for a specific event, the gym provides the ideal training environment.
